- Any additional services agreed in writing
3. Fees & Payment Terms
- Fees are stated in your service agreement or invoice.
- Payments are due on your assigned billing date.
- Late payments may result in service suspension.
- Pricing may be updated with 30 days’ written notice.
4. Automatic Renewal Policy
All recurring service contracts automatically renew monthly unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Written Notice Requirement
- Cancellation must be submitted in writing.
- A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required.
- Notice is considered received once acknowledged in writing.
5.2 Final Billing
JS Enterprise reserves the right to charge the final monthly payment once the 30-day notice period ends.
5.3 Billing Example
If your billing date is the 22nd and cancellation is submitted on the 21st:
- You will be charged on the 22nd of the current month.
- You will also be charged on the 21st of the following month.
- Services end at the end of that final billing cycle.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate information
- Respond to requests for approvals or documents
- Maintain timely payments
- Use services lawfully
7. JS Enterprise Responsibilities
JS Enterprise will:
- Deliver services with reasonable skill and care
- Maintain confidentiality
- Provide timely communication
- Ensure continuity of service except in cases of non-payment or force majeure
8. Intellectual Property
- All materials created by JS Enterprise remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- After full payment, ownership transfers to the client, excluding proprietary tools or licensed software.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all business, operational, and personal information confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
JS Enterprise is not liable for:
- Delays caused by the client
- Third-party system failures
- Indirect or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the previous 30 days.
11. Termination by JS Enterprise
We may terminate services immediately if:
- Payments are overdue
- The client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behaviour
- The client breaches these Terms
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified at least 30 days before changes take effect.
